Long Way to the Top - Youth (Martin Glover)
Our friend Shayne Brian interviews special guest Martin 'Youth' Glover on his series 'Long Way to the Top'. Youth was a founding member of 80’s rock band Killing Joke, influencing bands like Metallica, Nirvana, Soundgarden. A self taught super producer, Youth started his own recored label was responsible for artists like Take That, Wet Wet Wet, Tom Jones and Maria McKee. He has produced, worked and remixed Kate Bush, The Verve, Guns n Roses, Pink Floyd, U2, INXS and he even managed to get Crowded House to record naked. Oh and did I mention he is a member of the Fireman with Paul McCartney?

Let There Be Drums - Kodo Drums, Hank Marvin & Roger Taylor
Kindred Spirit’s - Think Loud 4 Parkinson’s, sees a number of British rock legends team up to help raise awareness and funds for the charity Cure Parkinson’s and includes a one-off version of the 1961 instrumental Let There Be Drums, performed by the legendary and iconic Shadows lead guitarist Hank Marvin plus Queen legend Roger Taylor along with the Koko Drummers of Tokyo..

Tobacco Road - Richard Thompson & Hugh Cornwell
The Stranglers’ legend Hugh Cornwell and Fairport Convention’s Richard Thompson team up for a version of the blues hit Tobacco Road in aid of Cure Parkinson's, here on KSM Records. Richard and Hugh were at school together in North London and formed a band whilst there and attended their first live concert together watching Arthur Sharp's Nashville Teens performing this song, which went on to become a huge hit for them.

They've had great fun in reuniting to record this rousing version, with illustrious drummer Dave Mattacks and bass maestro Dave Pegg. Released on May 16th.
