Helen Matthews serves as Chief Executive Officer of Cure Parkinson’s and has been deeply involved with the organisation since its inception over 17 years ago. Before becoming CEO, she was Deputy CEO and Chief Operating Officer, helping shape strategic research initiatives, support for people living with Parkinson’s, and the charity’s global collaborations. Under her leadership, Cure Parkinson’s continues to prioritise innovative clinical trials and international scientific partnerships that bring the charity closer to its mission.
Andy Simons is the Director of Fundraising and Marketing at Cure Parkinson’s. With experience in both commercial and charitable sectors, he leads efforts to raise vital funds and increase awareness for the charity’s mission. He emphasises the clear and urgent goal of finding a cure, driving fundraising campaigns that support research programmes and engage communities worldwide.
